Submit a hub

Thank you for your interest in the hubs.

You are about to submit a new hub, meaning that you are willing to organize an event linked to AIDS 2008 in your country.

Please make sure that you have read the FAQ, especially the following information:
  • This is an application process. You will be notified when your application has been reviewed and accepted.
  • Your hub must be open to the general public. If you wish to organize a private screening, you are free to do so but it will not be listed as hub.
  • You are fully responsible for your hub - AIDS 2008 does not take any responsibility for the hubs (except Official Hubs)
  • Filling in this form will NOT bring you any money. If you are looking for financial support, please visit our scholarship pages. Independent hub do not get any financial support from AIDS 2008.
  • Please read carefully the Terms of Use for organizing a conference hub
  • DO NOT USE BIG CAPS ONLY except for small specific parts of the text, e.g. HIV/AIDS!
