My conference profile

Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN

All registrations for AIDS 2008 should be submitted through the online registration form. Click here for the registration types.

Before you can register, you need to create a conference profile from which you can enter the registration system.

If you already have a conference profile from IAS 2007 you can use the same sign in details. Click here to login to your conference profile and then register.

Group Registration

GROUP REGISTRATION IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO REGISTRATION OF 10 PERSONS OR MORE.

The company or organization requesting a booking must nominate one group representative who will administer the group booking. You do not need to have a conference profile to register a group.

Accessibility

If you have a medical condition that will require accessibility support onsite, contact accessibility@aids2008.org and we will direct you to the appropriate local organizations. Some of those might provide support free of charge, other will ask you to cover their costs.

Letter of Invitation

If you need an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers in order to obtain a visa, you should request one through your conference profile. Please note that this service is now available.

If you have registered for the conference without having a conference profile (if you are part of a group), contact the AIDS 2008 Registration Department.

Registration Fees

To encourage broad participation in the conference, organizers are offering a two-tiered fee structure, with lower registration fees for delegates from middle/low income countries (World Bank classification) and student/post-docs.
