Media Accreditation and Registration
Online media accreditation and registration for AIDS 2008 is now available using the online registration system available here.
To register as a media representative, you must request accreditation by submitting three sets of documents. More details on required documentation, is available here.
All submitted credentials will be thoroughly checked and verified by the AIDS 2008 Conference Secretariat and additional credentials may be requested. Media accreditation is granted at the discretion of the AIDS 2008 communications department.
Journalists are encouraged to register early, and to submit all required documentation as soon as possible, given the potential need to close media registration early, due to space constraints.
Media accreditation grants you access to the conference. However, you and/or your organization are responsible for all costs related to travel and accommodation.
